She wasn't surprised at the change in subject, honestly. It was endearing, at least coming from her. She gave her a small nod in agreement, turning back to look at her small pile of already categorized books. "Those are ones I'm finished with, it's not much yet" she wouldn't say this was a very enjoyable thing to do, but it kept her occupied.

"Want to give me a hand?" It was only after she said that when she looked down at their hands, rather amused at the unintended pun of sorts, then pulled her hands away. If she still wanted to hold hands that would be up to Cosima, and of course, Delphine wouldn't be against it.

She didn't want to come off as too worrying, but she couldn't hold back the question, especially at hearing that it's been months. "How are you feeling?" She kept her eyes looking at her hands, rather obviously avoiding eye contact.
