Then he's moving around and pulling out a chair before offering a hand, missing two fingers. Odds are she's not here to kill him, and paranoia is exhausting so he's choosing to relax.
"You look as well as anyone could hope, Gwen. Welcome. Can I get you... We've water, and I believe there's some assorted nuts that were just roasted yesterday." There's not much, but they have supplies coming in this evening. No one's starving just yet.
