Instead he looks at the magical band in his hands. It had fit around Taas's arm but to Cyril it was huge. After a moment, he reached up and moved it around his neck. It would require some modifications to make it fit correctly but it at least didn't fall or choke him now.
That was probably all the more reason to do this right away. It reminded them both how much more massive Taas was than Cyril. Something that had seemed so exciting and hot before suddenly was very dangerous. If Taas lost control, he could easily snap the elf in half. Part of their relationship had been centered on the fact that Taas never did, that he was gentle when he needed to be and showed that power when it was sensual and exciting.
