There can be -not what the Inquisition pays- but there's a lot of shit to be found in the places we go, no matter how awful. Emprise du Lion, for example? Worse place for a village ever, but there's silverite, dawnstone and dragon hide in spades among the red lyrium, Red Templars and rifts. Of course you have to kill the dragons first, but that's what friends dragon-slaying runes are for. As long as you're careful, there's worse ways to make a living.
