Prompto snorts, and says humorously, "I'm sure it got lost in the mail - or, lost with a messenger. However that works here." To be honest, he's not sure how the whole thing works, but it did seem like people just showed up to volunteer, so he doesn't even consider that Biffy might have something of an ulterior motive.

"Yeah, but I'm sure everything will work out." There's one form of lying Prompto's good at, and it's masking his worry with optimism. That, he's gotten good at. "My buddy's gonna be able to put a stop to it, I just know it. All he needs is to get to the right place and a little more time."
