Handwaved CR Meme... Again.
But Different!

This is a handwaved cr meme for establishing how characters may already be familiar with each other. Instead of filling out a form for each of your characters, we're going to try doing it by location. There are top-level comments below for various locations in and around Skyhold. If your character spends any time there, respond to say when they're around and what they're up to! Then reply to other people to find research buddies, sparring partners, next door neighbors, etc.

Feel free to also make your own top-levels if you have specific handwaved CR desires that don't fit anywhere else. Or if I forgot a location.( so organized wow )
