He's gotta work on his self-esteem issues and anyone willing to help would be swell. The tricky thing is, he doesn't really bring it up easily or often so it takes a lot of trust to wrangle it out of him.

But I'd also lie for his Big Secret to be revealed, either intentionally or not, and for him to have to face it and try and discuss it with people here.
