Yes! I feel like they'd have a good chance at getting to know each other better, the more they get to interact... they seem to have started out in a good way, at least. Hahaha, it's certainly hard to get on Fenris' friendslist, but more likely if he gets good early impressions.

I agree, using the Other Powers connection is a great way to keep building CR. Any other way we can make them run into each other would work great for me too!
