There's no way for him to understand the agony that this brings her. If he does not know her, truly does not know her at all, then how can he know? He does not know Six, does not know Cecilia, does not understand what he means to her - that he was the one that helped her fight and grow, helped her learn, develop, feel stronger and better than she had ever been before.
