Nonsense. I have my fair face, my slightly brighter clothes and fully neutral footwear. You see:

All of my contrast is naturally contained to my accessories - a brightly colored cloak, perhaps, or something with a whole host of embroidery. My tone simply cannot bear jewel colors.
