Upon seeing the series of bolts strike their target, Korrin grins--and then is nearly deafened by that roar from the bear. That's what she gets for insisting on magic that will sustain her on the front lines, though in the end it's still worthwhile. When the bear begins to turn its attention back to the other mage, Korrin's eyes narrow.

"Oh, no you don't. Stay on me, you piece of shit!" And she closes in again to slice deep into the underbelly of the bear, piercing its hide as though it were little more than a nug thanks to the weave of magic that is her blade.
