Maybe Belinda is a little biased, being that she's from a noble family herself, but to her it's less about the heirlooms being back with their rightful owners and more about the money the Inquisition can use. They've been helping refugees with food and blankets, as well as outfitting their soldiers for war so they can protect the innocent. Belinda always looks for that silver lining in everything. To her, doing good for others is part of the Maker's will. They're all His children, and those who can fight should protect those who can't.
