Cyril seemed to be the sort of man who was used to people being flustered at his appearance so he only smiled at her and gave her a moment to recover. He didn't even make a big deal about it, just let her have that moment without comment.

"We've been trying to get the one with the letter back to his rightful home. Did you manage to see it?" he looked over at the crowd, scanning the creatures over for the right one.
