She doesn't know what to make of the claims of spirits and demons, since those things mean something very different for her than it does most of the rest of the people in Thedas. As inquisitive as she might be, though, she knows you can't get blood from a stone, and so interrogating him for answers to her questions really isn't going to help anyone.
