[Quite honestly he could have done without the brawl breaking out. He was tired and just looking for a place to rest his feet, and a warm meal and drink. Course it would seem that he couldn't enjoy any of that, not when when someone was thrown onto his table and taking his food and drink with it. That was frustrating enough without another person grabbing hold of his cloak and yanking him out of his chair.
Garris huffs at that, lips thinning as he stumbles onto his feet though before he can get his feet under him he too is being shoved into a table. Instinctively his hands go out, one grabbing hold of the lip of the table, and the other catching someone else's shoulder. Well crap.
He's quick to let go though, straightening out and readying himself in case an attack does come.]
