Antonin is not enamored of rain. England had come with an excessive amount of it, and the fact that there are theoretically charms for getting rid of the damp doesn't make the damp more pleasant. Unfortunately, Dolohovs are not incredibly skilled at quiet, which means his inclination to swap a tall tale or two - or maybe a drinking song - is probably less than fully appreciated by those trying to doze in the warmth.
