Occupation/Role: Spirit Healer, Aequitarian Member of the Inquisition's Mage Council, Poultice/Potion Maker, Teacher

Elevator Pitch: Adelaide is an Orlesian Spirit Healer of a noble family with finite patience for fools, far too many injured to tend to, a small flock of apprentices and mages from The White Spire that have come to the Inquisition from Andoral's Reach along with her to mind, a wry demeanor and a heaping helping of PTSD courtesy of the events of Dragon Age: Asunder. She works hard to heal those that come to her, to write informative articles, to continue the education of her wards, and to keep far from Templars if she can help it all on top of a full schedule. Since Arriving she's become a member of the Inquisition's Mage Council and is struggling with how to handle that in a balanced and civil manner. It is a work in progress. Being of a more moderate viewpoint means playing peacekeeper and urging compromise from both sides of the discussion- it's. Stressful. She's also been appointed as a Direct Report for Commander Cullen Rutherford- so yay. PAPERWORK!

Where They've Been: Raised in an Orlesian Noble Estate until her magic came about, Adele studied magic in The White Spire until the events of Dragon Age Asunder. Before that she'd be sent out to heal those that paid for her services with a guard, usually to places in Orlais or small villages in Ferelden, especially after the Blight. After the spire fell she and the remaining mages fled to Andoral's Reach and only recently traveled from there to Skyhold. She has now also been to the Fallow Mire. It was not fun. She has now been through Emprise du Lion. Also not fun. Most recently she has been through the Western Approach and the Fade. Even LESS fun.

Typical Day: She does not often deviate from the linked schedule above; but for the most part she can be found in the gardens, the library, or the healing tents.

Plot Interests: Adelaide is researching possessions, abominations, and rifters (the first two in relation to one another, the last separate), any work that can be done on that front has her attention. She's also able to teach the Spirit Healer specialization, is trying to get a feel for what mages of the Inquisition want to make the Council more effective, and generally trying to keep the Inquisition alive. Whether or not the Mage Council has the authority or an obligation to Rifters with magical skills is something else with which she's wrestling.

CR Interests: Her time in the Inquisition has done wonders for Adelaide feeling more settled, scraps of her old self are coming to light. Peers to argue with, people to teach, people to learn from, people to debate finer points of magic, people to drink with on stressful nights, people that think she's a terrible person (negative CR would be pretty great), people that are just as done with this Orlesian noble bullshit as she is- etc.

Desert Island Items: Journals to write in, pens and ink to write with, a hunting knife, a case of Orlesian brandy.

Anything Else:

I want Inessa to meet her fellow Circle mage sometime, either to compare notes or just be Orlesian/Fereldan at each other. Maybe both. Yes, both. Since I'm too lazy to make another comment, she also ought to speak with Zevran sometime, because the Fifth Blight gang as a whole have her flailing. HI, SAVIORS.

You know what's coming for Korrin, so any quality time/tlc with yours would be appreciated.

It'll be especially interesting, since she went to the same Circle Anders did and yet her story isn't at all the same. So they're not even consistent in the same tower!
