Nathaniel is a firm believer that one shouldn't give Satinalia/Birthday gifts combined into one, so Anders gets a sparkly earring with an amber stone to bring out his eyes.

Anders is going to get a small leather-bound book with a (stylized, vaguely dalish-looking in design) star imprinted on the cover with several (copied, not the ones from her original journals and content has probably been edited) short stories recounting some of their "adventures" and a few short-hand versions of conversations they have had.

A drawing that's mainly of his hands, obvs his because she's very attentive to detail, with blood on them, but it's because one hand is doing the magic healing thing and the other is holding an unseen patient's hand. Since he just got Anders a birthday present, this one's (mostly) for Purrelden. It's cat toy made up of a bunch of feathers that've sewn into a strip of cloth and attached to a stick. The other end of the stick's been wrapped with a small piece of leather so it can be used as a grip, and he's made sure to double stitch the feathers so they'll stay put for at least a little while.
