Elevator Pitch: A Vashoth mercenary mage of the Valo-Kas company, here to kick ass. Headstrong, stubborn, blunt but beneath all that (not very far, either) a caring person who 100% supports those who have her back. Also very supportive of her fellow mages in general and looking to be an example as both one and a Vashoth.

↠ CONNECTIONS
Where They've Been: Everywhere that isn't Tevinter, Seheron or Par Vollen. Yes, even the Fade.
What They Do: Korrin is a mercenary, trainer/teacher and member of the Mage Council. So when she's not out on a mission, she's usually involved political issues which test her patience or helping those with lightning affinities gain better control/finesse with that element. At some point, she'll offer Knight-Enchanter training, but she's not there yet.

She teaches a few classes and they are: Introductory Qunlat, The Care and Feeding of Your Mount (Nuggalope emphasis) and Alchemy: Grenades.

Broad strokes: She spends days training (both Knight-Enchanter and Rift Mage stuff) and doing whatever the Inquisition needs of her. Evenings are tavern time. She shares sleeping space with Araceli and Lux. The best places to find her are by the training dummies, at the tavern, or the kitchen/undercroft.

Who They Know: Korrin knows a lot of people. Think of it like 'six degrees of Kevin Bacon' but Thedas-style, okay. If you're on the Mage Council, she will have made a (loud) impression. If you're a regular at the tavern, so is she. And of course if you're important to Araceli, then she'll take special notice. She's basically adopted a bunch of people by now, including Kas, Merrill, Sina, Taashath, and so on.
What They've Been Up To: Winter Palace shenanigans and elfy stuff, so the usual mayhem.

↠ HOPES & DREAMS
Plot Plans: She might be time-traveling soon, so there's that! Or being involved in a dark future AU. Other than that, I'm pretty open to planning atm.
Development Goals: Most of the time I'm winging it, but I would like to explore more of her mentor side and how that process works on both ends. Now that she's taking up more classes, that can easily be a focus. She's also getting closer to her goal of Knight-Enchanter training for those who don't want to deal with actual Circle mages. So, look for that soon.

What happened to Araceli and the others has left Korrin with a very strong desire for vengeance, and there's only so long she can hold back from that. So, it'll need to be addressed at some point. Venatori beware.
CR Wishlist: Past CR is awesome, since Korrin's been almost everywhere. Other than that, more friends/friends-who-become-family are always welcome. She needs people who don't take her shit/let her steamroll them, as well as people who bring out the protective side of her. (Not hard.)

↠ MISC
What is an area of Dragon Age lore/history/whatever that you’d really like to learn more about?: DWARF STUFF. Kal-Sharok, Kal'Hirol, titans, all that good stuff. Also, qunari and dragon blood and what the hell are Kieran's ramblings about?
What's one piece of gossip (true or not) about your character that's floating around Skyhold?: Korrin used her magic to shape her horns. (She didn't.) She also chased Araceli in a parkour chase that ended with a very public kiss. (True.)

Korrin and Jamie need to catch up soon so she can give him her opinion on the Doctor and he can be all cranky about it since it's not his Doctor. Even though it is, just with a different face. :D

Hey. I'd def. like to follow up with our initial CR, possibly using the alchemy and grenades angle? It might be an interesting way to into the mentoring side you mentioned, as Waver's still processing all of the various opinions Thedas has about mages.

Yeah, absolutely! Korrin's all about passing on that knowledge, especially with those healing grenades since they're literal life-savers. I don't know if I'll do a catch-all log until the next month rolls around, but he can either ask her about it in the post linked above or just harass her inbox instead.

That'd suit the fact that Waver started out as an alchemist in canon pretty nicely. (Not that his canon really...defines what they mean by alchemy, but that's easy to skirt around.)
