"Enjoy that thought," Taas says softly, smiling as he takes another bite of the food. "...when you've healed up more and feel up to it, I'll take care of you." There's a small pause, and a brief ache rakes at his heart. "Zevran... he taught me some nice things. Maybe it can help."

It's not certain if he means massages or sex... or both.

"Is everyone else alright in your group?"

Cyril's lips press together a moment at Zevran's name. He misses Zevran, but even more than that is the reminder of Sam. The two of them had disappeared together and their bodies had never been recovered. Both he and Taas had lost someone important in one swoop. It was an old ache now though, and the moment passed by focusing on Taas's question.

"Yes," he said. "Merrick is fine. Merrill is too." Then, after a moment. "She took Beleth's vallaslin. She ripped it right off her face using blood magic. It was scary, and also kind of neat." It was the least that Beleth deserved.
