↠ BASIC INFO Character: Kain Ventfort (FFIV Native AU) Info Page:Click Recent Open Post(s):Click Elevator Pitch: A Grey Warden who takes things very seriously, he's a warrior and reaver, and semi-recently became a griffon rider! He loves the sky and mountains, heights in general, and all flying things. Dragons are deeply important to him, being his family crest, and his family has some ancient history with them too. He's always up for a fight!
↠ CONNECTIONS Where They've Been: He's originally from Orlais, and was stationed there initially when he became a Warden about six years ago. Various Warden missions brought him all over Thedas. He was at that whole mess with Clarel, later ending up in Griffon Wing Keep. He was in the Winter Palace during the whole Freemen attack. What They Do: Warden, Griffon Rider, warrior. He's very much a Forces type of guy. He spends a lot of time training, or researching old dragon lore. He co-teaches the dragon class with Alan. Who They Know: Kain has a lot of connection to his fellow Wardens first and foremost, considering them his closest allies. Inessa is someone he's grown especially close to and now that he's developing deeper feelings, he's trying to sort those out. He's getting to know a lot of folks, a few rifters included too. What They've Been Up To: Kain is very focused on griffon training at the moment, so he spends a lot of time with Potato. Though he tends to his dracolisk often too and can be seen often with the crazy swearing parrot (or if anyone comes across a crazy swearing parrot... it's his, yeeeeeah). He'll be coming to Kirkwall as late as he can, and maybe looking for some sort of mission to keep himself busy/away from there for the most part until things are more settled.
↠ HOPES & DREAMS Plot Plans: Just waiting to see how things go in Kirkwall, mainly! Once the right sort of plot arises, I definitely want to get him badly beaten up sometime, too, just waiting to see the right thing for it. Development Goals: I want to develop his whole thing for Inessa, which will be pushed a lot once he gets those letters of his from the future. I'm looking forward to seeing how that'll go! CR Wishlist: Everything! He can always use more friends, but rivalries are a lot of fun too. Sparring partners are good.
