↠ BASIC INFO Character: Fenris (DAII) Info Page:Click Recent Open Post(s):Click Elevator Pitch: Fenris has not had a very cheerful life. He's an elf who was formerly a Tevinter slave, who underwent a freaky magical procedure to get a bunch of lyrium-infused brands all over him. The process was so horrific it gave him amnesia (but finding his sole surviving family and learning the truth about things? Didn't turn out so great either). Oh, then there was the time he was ordered to kill a bunch of warriors he'd befriended. Yeaaaah. Because of his past, he's got a lot of issues. He's extremely distrustful of magic, not very into elf things, and is overall a very angry, restless guy. There's a lighter side lurking underneath all of that, but it takes time to see it. He's a two-handed warrior and uses those lyrium brands to power him in battle.
↠ CONNECTIONS Where They've Been: He snuck off to do what he does best, kill slavers and other awful people from Tevinter. What They Do: He's a warrior, so he'll go along anytime that fighters are needed, for the most part. He sort of likes to know he's not "trapped" into doing whatever he's ordered to do... so he considers himself more loosely affiliated than anything. He'll be very picky about what he does for the Inquisition. He might be found training or drinking in the Herald's Rest for the most part. He'll probably be starting up reading lessons again with Bethany too? Who They Know: He knows the folks from all that mess in Kirkwall, though his feelings toward them vary widely! (Grrrrr Anders.... siiiiigh Merrill... Bethany's cool). There are some people who he knows already from being here before a couple of times. If I've missed anyone like that, just let me know! I'm always up for assuming CR already. What They've Been Up To: At the moment, just settling back in, readjusting to things in the Inquisition again. He keeps a low profile overall.
↠ HOPES & DREAMS Plot Plans: He'll be working on reclaiming his spooky mansion in Kirkwall when the move happens! I'm very tempted to say it's been literally haunted since he's been gone (seriously, there were just bodies and things laying around all over the place)... so he has something to deal with before he can reclaim it. Well. Ok, so he was technically squatting there because it had belonged to Danarius, his former master. But so what? There's a great store of wine in the cellar! Development Goals: Working on his anger, as always. He lost his direction a lot after he got his revenge, and while he does that whole vigilante slaver-killing thing, it can only satisfy him for so long. CR Wishlist: He can always use more friends! He can be rather prickly to get to know, so it takes a lot of patience. Mages are AWESOME, either for him to get to know and realize they're not so bad... or to clash horrifically with (looking at you, Anders!!) Making him interact with elfy elves is always good too, for some more opposing views. Rifters are great too, he might be wary but he's trying to give them a chance. Really, I'm up for everything!
↠ MISC What's one piece of gossip (true or not) about your character that's floating around Skyhold?: All sorts of rumors about what he's been up to, how many slavers he's killed, and so on. They probably aren't actually much of an exaggeration! Write a one-sentence dating ad: He glows everywhere, ladies and gentlemen. Anything else: Legit canon Fenris quote: "I run from room to room, choreographing routines."
