how thoughtful and kind of him, etc. she's very grateful & in the next few days she mixes it up with several other semi-identical candles and just picks one at random to stick out and hopes no one notices. any time he ever looks at a candle in her presence again, she does her best to hide the faint stain of guilt on her immortal soul.

also he gets a sack of oranges & a set of notes/drawings copied from her conversations with waver, describing a selection of famous earth architecture. these include stuff like skyscrapers (he was clearly making that shit up) but also older structures like pyramids.
