Van needs this so badly, even though he'll never admit it. And he'd be thrilled to talk about Circle culture from an inside perspective; he loves going on about it in detail. He'll be avoiding the Hanged Man for a while, but he'd absolutely invite her to hang out anywhere else, or offer to have her over and cook or something.

yes please to both of these things. I love the idea of Van bonding weirdly with Melys over a complete absurd misunderstanding and now she just has both of the Eye Cousins being weirdly friendly at her. he will bake her things and have Myr deliver them and she will realize eventually that they aren't poisoned or anything.

I think they talked about this IC at once point, though I can't track it down, but Cosima definitely sees value in learning how to fall without hurting herself.
