Elevator Pitch: Loyalist mage who fought with the rebellion anyway because that was the deal and he was angry with the Templars for being dicks. Nevarran by way of Orlais and Ansburg. Spirit medium and necromancer. Difficult.

He's on the Northern Powers project because he's a native and the Elven Artifacts project because maybe his spirit bullshit can be useful (and so he can be a skeptical Andrastian human at everyone when they start talking about elf stuff) so RPing about work for either of those projects would be great.

Also in the Scouting Division and workin' on being a spy. He could probably use some help from rogues.

Discussing mage rights and the future of the mage situation, etc. He has feelings.

Despite being a Loyalist he's hypervigilant about Templar misbehavior if anyone has Templars they would like picked on.

He takes a long time to warm up to people and the best way to achieve friendship would be through work, so the above stuff!

He takes a lot less time to bang people, finger guns, hit me up if you want to make mistakes.

Vandelin needs more people to discuss The Mage Situation with--especially people he can ask in a roundabout sort of way if Nell has, like, a cheat code that makes it possible to win arguments with her. Also possibly people to make reboundy bedroom mistakes with.

In Kostos’ personal experience the way to win an argument with Nell is to have a screaming fight about it, walk away, and wait about a year for her to see reason and/or miss you enough to come around.

So yes please ask him. Roundaboutly.

And he makes an excellent rebound mistake because he will pretend it never happened even a little bit but WHAT DO YOU MEAN REBOUND WHAT DID YOU DO

it'll be a good conversation.

It is in the early stages of being threaded, but Van is most likely soon going to be in a position to make that kind of mistake, so he would be glad to make it with someone who will agree that it was totally never a thing.

THE BEST and excellent good hit me up whenever, if he's in the mistake-position in Nevarra they could probably squeeze it in, or we can handwave the mistakes and they can have the conversation afterwards while pretending the mistake never happened.

also I am down for complicated CR if rebound bedroom mistakes do happen between Kostos and Vandelin, I enjoy having my small dude's heart get gently terrorized

Useful Circle mage hello welcome to the limited club of people Morrigan wouldn't immediately shove off a bridge, she'd probably want to catch up with him since he's not someone she knows at all prior to the meeting who suddenly knows a lot about eluvians if you're ever interested?

Araceli could teach him some rogue stuff in exchange for more Circle/Mage Situation knowledge since more political knowledge is needed.
