Elevator Pitch: Thranduil, the provost of the research division, is familiar to rifters for probably that first as well as his tenure here, and to natives as being That Big Elf who got himself some authority. He's got a loud and stated interest in, like, every elf, no matter how small or how many eyes (0-2 only pls) but also just recently converted to the Chant and is getting married to a human.

Sometimes he's weirdly ominous, and doesn't always give a direct answer to whatever question you ask. Who knows. That guy reads a lot of books.

↠ CR DESIRES

I'm open to positive or negative CR. He's a public figure making some very divisive choices at the moment.

Given that, the door is probably closing on his 'give me more elves to befriend' window, but I always want more elves for him.
