The Follies of Almer, by Selby Pollington: an adventure following the misadventures of an Ostwickian man who spends every brief chapter narrowly avoiding death and ruin brought about by his innocent misunderstandings of the customs in other Thedosian nations. More importantly, the book is chock full of puns, including one at the end of each chapter to cheesily sum up the lesson Almer has learned.
