'Twas the night before DA4, and all through the house, we found ourselves wondering, is a nug analogous to a mouse?

 

The writers were fired, Cullen’s VA got weird, ten years have passed, and most of us are still here.

So as our computers overheat, none of them upgraded since Inquisition, we say thanks to the mods, still here of their own volition.

Here’s to a near decade of waiting, roleplaying, and friends, through tags and logs and only a few dropped threads.

May we all enjoy Veil Guard, a Thedas unfamiliar and unknown, though ‘Fade Rift’ has the cooler name, if I may say so.

how to play:

1. tag with a toplevel for your characters. (possibly include division + projects for ease of identifying coworkers!)
2. reply to other's tags with what your character got theirs for satinalia.
3. rake in those approval or disapproval points. we support both friend- and rival- mances.

cedric expresses some regret it's not as nice as vlast's gift — his carving just isn't there yet — but will a day or two after receipt of the candlesticks track vlast down to give him a small loop of beads and wood, onto which someone has carefully (if inexpertly) etched AURENE. so he can keep her close.

He does, indeed, keep her close. Sometimes the loop is worn in a braid or on his belt, but mostly the gift is word on a cord of leather around his neck or his wrist.

the next time vlast passes through lowtown, he'll happen to pass lazar, who in turn passes a very nice fur stole into his hands. happy satinalia mate, he got this just for you.

by theft, apparently, according to the furious merchant who will shortly accost vlast. lazar has already vanished.

Vlast doesn't end up keeping the stole, but he does get one thing he enjoys; a brawl. One bitten merchant and a handful of bruised and bloodied guards later, Vlast looks very pleased with himself around dinner.

A fancy, well-made pillow resembling the one that Benedict impaled over Vlast's horn, but of better quality. It smells faintly of some kind of cologne.
