Alexander is new here and he does love tall tails. He's a rifter and currently doesn't qualify as rogue or assassin but he'd be interested in hearing about if it ever came up since he's having to find new ways to fight now that one of his major abilities has been nerfed.

Plus he has the bonus of taking many things in stride so maybe some smiles and cheer would be nice for Zevran?

Honestly Isabela will remind him a lot of someone that he knows back in his world so I think he'd take to her rather quickly. He'd be down for learning card games to play with her too if you're interested in a tiny spirit that looks like a teen (he's stuck in the body of this sixteen year old oops) but isn't bouncing off of her!

Elevator Pitch: In the words of Church she's parkouring pirate lockpick aristocrat fox-whisperer singer lutist gunslinger with a good head on her shoulders, a good rack on her chest, a good laugh in her throat, and a scary-but-entertaining giant girlfriend.
Where They've Been: She's been to the Fallow Mire, Emprise du Lion, and she's been to Antiva twice now; tracked and rescued scouts (Fallow Mire), rescuing people from cages and making snowshoes (Emprise du Lion, rescuing Zevran and freeing slaves + recruiting three Tal-Vashoth chefs (Antiva). She was also really into being rifter PR but she's done with that now. Also went off to the Western Approach and sealed a rift with Team Cool Dad Shades (TM). She's just returned with a group of surviving mages from Dairsmuid in Rivain!
Typical Day: Shares quarters with Korrin Ataash but she spends a lot of her time in the library doing the required bard reading, parkouring around Skyhold either to teach or just because the ground and stairs are for chumps, and hanging out in the kitchens by day. Or you can catch her playing the lute. By night she's in the tavern playing cards and dice with anyone and everyone.
Plot Interests: Signed her up for Nate's Tevinter plot but I'd like to get her back into doing her parkour lessons again as well as card/dice lessons since that's about teaching you how to read people. She's continuing with her meetings with the Mage Council and getting involved in Mage freedom movements so down for all things political!
CR Interests: Anything and everything but more flirting friends as well as more people who are super into the sea would be great. Feel free to handwave having bumped into her in the tavern, up on the rooftops etc
Desert Island Items: Lux, her rapiers, Korrin, plenty of rum (look that counts as a collective item) and a compass. She can figure out a way home.
Anything Else:

Alistair is adorable and I would love to bounce Alexander off of him just to see how he reacts to someone who looks like a teenager talking with him then probably revealing he's old. Because messing with Alistair is fun and I'm a good person I swear.

Character: Morrigan (Dragon Age)
Occupation/Role: Arcane advisor, shapeshifting instructor if you impress her
A/R/N/M: 30-something/human/Fereldan/mage
Elevator Pitch: Angry spiteful spider, researching everything arcane better than you, doing it herself because if you want something done you don't trust anyone they'll only disappoint you. Probably having intense UST with Leliana somewhere. Or smooching her somewhere.
Where They've Been: Hinterlands to retrieve an elven artifact with Pel and the gang, Hinterlands 2: Venatori Boogaloo to retrieve her eluvian (there's a pattern here). Obviously she was around at the time of the Fifth Blight and she was in Orlais as that scandalous apostate of Celene's. She was on Pel's mission to Cadash Thaig and was sleeping in Leliana's bed with her when she was poisoned.
Typical Day: Private quarters to the rear of Skyhold, shared with Kieran. Her usual routine involves annoying Leliana, shuttling a boy to lessons, researching either in the library or in her private study (door generally open) or researching/relaxing in the garden.
Plot Interests: Always the elf stuff and I've signed her up for the dispute at Val Royeaux; I'm interested in playing that out so if you want to figure out some past CR from those days in the court hit me up? Since it's Morrigan and she pretty much thumbed her nose at the Game the whole time.
CR Interests: Anything and everything, I'm really enjoying her getting to meet more people and digging into the rifters more with her various research projects, since that's still always ongoing but I don't want to just push the Well of Sorrows things yet since we're nowhere near that.
Desert Island Items: Morrigan can shapeshift so she wouldn't see the point in this exercise at all...she can fly away from the island guys
Anything Else:

I think Alexander will like her quite a bit and be fascinated by her tinkering with things. He'd probably actually look for things for her to tinker with just to watch her work now that I think about it.

Elevator Pitch: Angry honey badger, making his way through life without learning a thing, surprisingly has emotions, loves his dog, talks about his dick a lot and names his tent the shag tent
Where They've Been: Since joining up, Asher went to Emprise du Lion where he fought a lot of bears and rescued a dog with Cade and Herc before he got pissed off about the Anders situation then took some time off to find Jesus himself. He was off in the Hinterlands visiting the family and the Avvar side of the family, doing various errands for the Inquisition in the area and taking a job in Gwaren that went tits up when an abomination attacked him. He's since returned to the Inquisition with the Boneflayers, has now healed up and is about to eat some nightmare face jerky provided by Korrin. Went on a mission to the Storm Coast to rescue Meoni from Red Templars with Cullen, Korrin and Mal. Since late July he's been dying in the healing tents.
Plot Interests: On Monday (August 15th) a log will go up for visiting Asher's hold if people would like to go (he's dying between the 13/14th); you don't need existing CR if you'd like to tag along!
Anything Else:
I said it on my OOC post but I'll say it again: to everyone that ever tagged Asher, thank you so much, it's been a blast having this dirty hairy man here.

Character: Leliana ( Dragon Age. )
Occupation/Role: Spymaster, Advisor, Seneschal, Shit Stirrer, Yelling About Freedomer.
A/R/N/M: 37, Human, culturally Orlesian while identifying as Fereldan, Nope.
Elevator Pitch: Child of a servant, sort of adopted by an Orlesian noble, made a series of terrible life choices involving song, spies and seduction, now looms in an angst tower full of birds. FREEDOM.
Where They've Been: Leliana grew up in Orlais, and travelled all around it during her time as a bard. When she was twenty-five(ish?) she went to Ferelden and following Events in Denerim stayed in the Lothering Chantry for two years. Since then she's been all over Ferelden and at least been to a few places in the Free Marches, and presumably has been through Antiva, the Anderfels and Nevarra, as well. I tend to head canon she hasn't been to Rivain as much as other places, purely because the Chantry is less intense there.

Typical Day: Sleeps near the Rookery, spends all day in the Rookery, eats in the Rookery, it requires specific reasons to get her out of the Rookery. Or you can be one of her friends and just ask her to be elsewhere but that is Hard Mode. Sometimes she’s in the gardens?

Plot Interests: Nothing specific at the moment, Leliana is still recovering her health following the assassination attempt. I love intrigues and chances to have her be Spymastery and also I love getting chances to get her to be a bit of a troll or just Very Serious about things that Aren’t At All Serious.

CR Interests: I am down to skip preliminary introductions, especially with her scouts and so on, and also would be keen for like… weekly wicked grace club, but probably hand waved. Just a nice little way to build up some more cr and stuff behind the scenes, while doing related threads and stuff with people. Maybe winners could be randomised? Idk.

Also Leliana can be rather… work focused, shall we say, so it’s pretty hard to do casual chatting threads with her, or to keep threads going in a meandering kind of way unless a character has reached Friend status, but even if threads are short that doesn’t indicate a lack of interest ;u; I am keen for so many things, and am especially interested in CR that can be tied into FREEDOM, helping the ice queen defrost, and… yes. I’m flexible, talk to meeeee

I haven't even read anything on here yet but I started laughing at the gifs considering the character I just brought into this game is 4'11". /applauds

Character: Ruby Lucas (Once Upon A Time)
Occupation/Role: brewer of booze, gatherer of herbs, organiser of shenanigans, assembler of complex traps, research assistant to Adelaie LeBlanc and your neighbourhood wolf lady.
A/R/N/M: ????, human & wolf, enchanted forestian/american, not a mage.
Elevator Pitch: Little Red Riding Hood has had a very long day but is determined to be optimistic about it.
Where They've Been: PLACES AND THINGS. Enchanted Forest, Storybrooke, various places in Orlais, exploring some other scattered locations. Currently she is chilling in Halamshiral.
Typical Day: She sleeps in the barracks with an unknown npc roomie (or will be?) BUT!!! maybe roommate opportunities? Otherwise her days vary, but always involve time hanging around with Adelaide, time in her “”””office””” aka an ultrashitty area of undercroft with a dodgy ceiling where she makes booze, and going for a run outside Skyhold.

Plot Interests: I have no particular plans or ideas set in stone, but I am so open to involvement in things. SO MANY THINGS.

CR Interests: Skipping first conversations can be good, but if we come up with a fun and interesting meeting or it’s chill network stuff then I’m all for it. I’m flexible, really :’)

I’d be interested in exploring negative cr for Ruby! So far a lot of folks have been pretty chill with the fact that she’s a wolf, but I’d also like to explore her low-key discomfort with shapeshifting as a specialisation (esp people who turn into wolves), and all the messy stuff to do with turning into a wolf before she knew and before she could control it.

I also really loved how the snow fight went and wanted to say thank you to everyone who was involved! I think doing something that big too often could make it lose appeal, but I think Ruby might take it upon herself to organise something else in a few months, if people are interested in a big game shenanigan again.

I will forever want more CR with you. Sadira is slowly warming up to Anders and trying to understand him.

Marilaine will be very keen on helping elves and also maybe be listening in on any discussions of practical magic for "curiosity's sake." /cough. There is no hedge mage/apostate here.

Character: Lady Gwenaëlle Vauquelin
Occupation/Role: Civilian; author of On the Inquisition; a Lady's Observations.
A/R/N/M: 22 / elfblooded human / Orlesian / not a mage.

Elevator Pitch: A spoiled Orlesian heiress and unlikely recipient of an anchor-shard, Gwenaëlle was sent to Skyhold very much against her wishes and is slowly becoming a more thoughtful person as a result. Also against her will. She is the product of, variously: a deeply unhappy home, an elven servant and the Comte, and 'what happens when a young woman has the personality and morals of a cat'.

Where They've Been: Most of her life to date was spent in Orlais, with the bulk of her time (and upbringing) in Halamshiral, or traveling for the Imperial court. Her family has an estate in the countryside where she periodically retreats, and she's spent a lot of time in Val Royeaux at the home of the Leblancs, who are close family friends (Gwen having a particular friendship with Gregoire Leblanc, the youngest and only son). Under her own name - Gwenaëlle Vauquelin - she's published art critique, and under the name 'Ilde Sauvageon' she has written extensive poetry of a very frank nature.

Typical Day: She's generally up by noon or shortly after, but rarely any earlier than that; s

Plot Interests: Her elf mama, Guenievre (pictured), has recently been sent to replace Katell - her previous lady's maid who requested leave of Comte Vauquelin to join the Inquisition proper. She will be fairly closely attending Gwenaëlle, so if you have hot elf mom CR desires, please inform, as she is a temporary addition and will be meeting a grisly end probably next month. Gwenaëlle is gonna grow as a person, it'll be great.

CR Interests: I am pretty open! Also always down to skip smalltalk or establish some pre-existing CR if it is so desired.

Desert Island Items: Living necessities. ...a maid. Paper, writing implements, books. Alcohol is a living necessity. A nice bed. And then she might be content to hang out, really.

Character: Herian Amsel (Dragon Age original)
Occupation/Role: she isn’t signed up to this Inquisition yet eAe knight-enchanter, angry protective cactus for elves that aren’t Dalish, possible future mage council member?
A/R/N/M: 28, human, Starkhaven Marcher, mage.
Elevator Pitch: INFO POST HERE.
Pro-Circle mage with strong ideals about chivalry, honour, and the Dalish having their heads up their own asses. Equal parts rage, love, honour and out of control hair.

Where They've Been: Grew up in Starkhaven, was at the Starkhaven Circle until it burned down and then relocated to the White Spire in Val Royeaux. Since the Spire burned down in 9:40 she has been travelling Orlais, while based in Halamshiral. Most recently was in Val Firmin, then Halamshiral, very briefly in Skyhold to accompany the elven refugees she helped to get there. Now timey wimey between Halamshiral and Skyhold depending what works for threads :’D

Also! If your character was a Circle mage then they may have been in a Circle with another Amsel. Herian never met or knew any of these women and only knew specifically about her two aunts, but if you’d like your character to be familiar with them just let me know and I can give you deets! Alternatively if you want an Amsel in another Circle just give me a heads up and I’ll craft one for your needs.

Typical Day: stays with the elf refugees she accompanied from Val Firmin and the surrounding areas when she is in Skyhold. In Halamshiral she sleeps in the stables. Rises hideously early to train and train and train and train some more. Her days vary but always involve the Chant, training (and training and training, just in case that was unclear), helping (elven) refugees.

Plot Interests: Drama! Intrigue! Action! Heroics! Knightly stuff! Reasons for Herian to be mad! Ways to slowly show off that she actually has a softer side and isn’t a total asshole!

Man if there are chances to show her hatred of the Dalish being justified I would be so there, just because they are pretty shitty in canon sometimes.

CR Interests: first of all, I have an opt out post for Herian because I know she has a lot of problematic beliefs in the general PC climate of the game, so if you’d like to avoid particular topics or just her in general, please let me know!

She can teach the Knight-Enchanter specialisation! However she will not teach anti-Circle mages and would sooner set herself on fire than teach a Dalish.

Opportunities to slow burn improve her opinion of anti-Circle mages would be good, possibly gradually chilling a little regards the Dalish, but the latter especially would be a slow burn process.

Maybe chill friends? Or people to eventually find out the full extent of what happened and why she hates the Dalish so much? Negative CR is awesome and so welcome, but I’d also like to at least have positive CR in the works. YEAH. sTUFF.

Desert Island Items: three different attractive ladies and a flawless plan for how they will all escape when they’re done enjoying the desert island and posing in manners that belong on romance novels.

I don't have a post up yet, but!!! Herian is a Knight Enchanter and she's here to train intensely and train others equally intensely...

... However. There are some pretty strict guidelines to whether or not she'll teach you.

— Anti Circle? Nope.
— Anti (City) Elf? Nope.
— Pro Dalish? Nope.
— Not prepared to fully commit to what being a Knight means? Nope.
— Did you approach her from the north? Nope.

You get the idea, she's pretty intense about it and ideas of worthiness and commitment. Some points will become more flexible with time, but it's not something where she can be won over with a conversation. There are probably easier teachers out there, man.

Character: Martel Leblanc (The Elenium)
Occupation/Role: Field agent; combat instructor. He also does odd jobs, and has apparently put himself in charge of Cassandra Pentaghast's smile.
A/R/N/M: Mid 40s, human, Elene, "a sorcerer".

Elevator Pitch: Martel is, among other things, the Pandion renegade; the fallen knight who lived and died in infamy and took thousands of poor souls with him. In his own world he made a lot of mistakes and, not knowing how to walk them back, rode them to the hilt instead; the perfect knight became the perfect monster. He came to Thedas at the point of his death and views it as a second chance, an opportunity to be the man he might have been instead. He was among the first of the rifters to officially give allegiance to the Inquisition - he developed a friendship with Adelaide Leblanc that led to his adoption into an Orlesian noble house, given the courtesy style of Lord Leblanc. He is dedicated to Thedas, and prepared to go to great lengths to protect his position here.

Where They've Been: He is from Elenia, which is through a rift, but he's traveled on behalf of the Inquisition - Emprise du Lion, the Western Approach, Orlais, etc. At 6'4" and with shoulders like that, he's fairly hard to miss, so he could have encountered people in any of these places during Inquisition missions.

Typical Day: At the moment he's in Orlais! In Skyhold a typical day involves early rising, a bit of sparring, breakfast, running whatever errands and blocking out lesson plans, lunch with Adelaide, lessons in the afternoon, Adelaide's fencing lessons in the evening, dinner with Cassandra, etc. Most of the company he keeps is female, besides Iron Bull. Is Iron Bull not man enough for basically anyone.

Plot Interests: At the moment I am poking Orlais plots with him, and would be down for getting in on anything people are setting up there.

CR Interests: 'how did a rifter become an Orlesian noble' might be relevant to some interests? In general, I am open! Negative CR is always likely as the "being a real prick" part of him is just personality and was true even before he fucked up his knighthood.

Desert Island Items: A boat.

Anything Else: He colours his (naturally white) hair. (Adelaide does it for him.) People who've seen him shirtless (which could be a lot of people, if they get up early enough in the morning and like to watch the warriors hit each other) may have observed what chest hair he has is white. The more you know!

Blah blah structural engineering blah blah wind sheer blah I'll ...figure out something actually reasonable and useful, I swear! So either he'll suggest this like, I'm such a team player I just want to help! charm charm why is socialization so complicated

...or it will be a day when he has decided fuck socialization, honestly and just falls into his natural weirdness. Either should be amazing.

Character: Lady Benevenuta Thevenet, Councilor
Occupation/Role: Field agent, researcher, member of the Mage Council.
A/R/N/M: 30, human, Nevarran, mage.

Elevator Pitch: A member of the Mortalitasi Order and an active player in the Nevarran court, Benevenuta is all about the big picture and the greater good; 'good is not nice' ramped up to its full high voltage Tarantinoesque potential while also being sincerely one of the kindest and most thoughtful people you're likely to encounter. She is a brutal bleeding heart and she believes firmly in the ends justifying most, if not all, of the means; she is a sly, silly thing who means well and makes good if sometimes alarming company. Few people will ever see the full extent of what she's capable of. Which is probably for the best.

Where They've Been: Benevenuta has spent most of her adult life in Nevarra, never leaving the borders of her home nation until she made the decision (at her mother's discreet behest) to join the Inquisition. She's a recognisable member of the Nevarran court for anyone who has traveled there, the daughter of noble Knight-General Matej Thevenet and Lady Ayse Thevenet, a Mortalitasi mage and terrifying political and personal force of nature. She's also becoming better traveled as a member of the Inquisition, and has been everywhere we've done expeditions. Including the Fallow Mire, which was gross as fuck.

Typical Day: She is also in Orlais! In Skyhold, she had been living with Hercules Hansen in the Warden Camp; after his death, she regrouped and took her dogs back up to the hold to move into Dorian Pavus' room off the library. Most of her day is research, work, and keeping a mabari and a spaniel out of trouble.

Plot Interests: Someone please teach her how to manage mabari better. She's interested in learning how to work with Max in battle, also.

CR Interests: I am always interested in CR, Benny is a huge creeper who wants to know everyone at least a little to see where they might most usefully fit. I'm sorry, she's a manipulator. (I'm not sorry.)

Desert Island Items: Benny would macguyver herself off the island if you dumped her there with nothing, tbh.

Anything Else: She is still pretty sad about her dead boyfriend.
