I have to say, I'm amused that Sorrel thinks he's out of Cyril's league when Cyril thinks that Sorrel is like 10000x better than he is.

Reasons Why Sorrel Thinks Cyril Is Out Of His League:
Worldly
has traveled a lot and learned so much
knows so many people-- connections wow!
big deal ambassador from the Dalish to the Inquisition
Extremely Good-Looking everyone agrees
Sexually experienced-- probably able to discern between good lovers and people who have no idea what they are doing or how
Can definitely attract his ideal mate without any help

Reasons Why Sorrel Is Not Dateable:
total virgin
has a weird face-shape?
has never been sexually attractive to anyone ever so far as he knows
can't ever find a date and eventually had to be married off by his mother to someone who had never met him, probably because of the aforementioned

Reasons why Sorrel is MOST DEFINITELY DATEABLE:

- Good grasp of wit and snark, always attractive.
- Super talented, even if he doesn't realize it.
- Super gay, which is always a plus!
- Probably likes getting tied up, or at least he will once he gets introduce to that.
- In touch with his anger when needed, also attractive.
- Sweet at heart with a tangy candy coating.

Reasons why Sorrel is Out of Cyril's League:
- Um, KEEPER'S SON
- Too good and too pure for something as tainted as Cyril
- Basically he's on a pedestal and Cyril is like rolling around in the dirt
- If Cyril broke his heart he'd never forgive himself
- And Beleth would kill him
- Cyril was hung up on his brother and having sex with random humans while Sorrel was being dutiful and gorgeous

For real. Though, Cyril is super heartbroken over the idea of Sorrel getting married to a woman.

Sorrel isn't sure how excited he is about the prospect. Mostly he's so nervous that he'll end up disappointing Sina, Beleth, and his mother, that he gets sick to his stomach if he thinks about it for long enough.

it's not exactly a recipe for sexy thoughts, even if he were going to have them about a woman, even someone like sina.

It's also gross that Sina has to be married to a man though. She's dying. She should spend her last days with a pretty lady instead.
