Elevator Pitch: Sort-of Tevinter Magister who abandoned his post a decade ago and has been living an as assassin/mercenary since then. Joined the Inquisition to try and earn his redemption and is instead getting bogged down in all the Tevinter bullshit. Pretty much one of the most miserable men ever. Has a new custom spec that has him using his spirits, so they're now a Thing that he might talk about; the Dragons are spirits of Honour!

Spirit people! They might pick up on Hanzo's twin spirits, so that could be a starting point.

People who either love/hate Tevinter. He's very clearly from the place, so he could be an easy target.

Other mages (since he is technically one, he just doesn't use his magic anymore) to try and get him back on the saddle.

Archers/mercs/etc to work with.

Negative CR would be easy since he's such a stick in the mud and honourable, dutiful wannabe.

Romantically sort-of interested/taken...!
