Elevator Pitch: Romain is an Orlesian duke who is unimpressed by most people in most contexts. He is, however, very interested in Gwenaëlle having her anchor shard removed and in the world remaining undestroyed by Corypheus. Maybe or maybe not in that order.

Positive and/or negative CR with the people in Gwen's life always welcome. He is hosting (and also paying for) the big wedding shortly, wedding-related stuff also encouraged.

If you have feelings about the war in Orlais, or Orlais in general, so does he. He may even say some of them out loud under the right circumstances.

I'd still love him to reconnect with the few people who met him back in Skyhold (and or handwaving that this already happened if preferable).

People who want to convince him to use his resources for something particular.
