Honestly I just want this poor guy to exist in actual threads and not limbo.

I'm down for saying he's new to the Inquisition so I can do fish-out-of-water stuff, because I like that.

Was snooty minor nobility in Orzammar and therefore might get along with others of that type.

Likewise, is near-guaranteed to piss off anyone who is not that type.

Really, Fancy Oghren is down for anything.

Any interest in having him and Thor be familiar-ish with each other? Tevinter deals with Orzammar a fair bit, so they could have run into each other at parties or whatnot.

Oh, yeah! I can totally imagine Altrand and his wife having been at parties in the dwarven embassy and rubbing elbows with Thor's fam.

And then that gives poor Altrand reason to be mortified upon meeting Thor again, because it's pretty much a guarantee that he made a loud drunk ass of himself at whatever parties he attended at that point in his life.
