I am so endlessly grateful that you helped me springboard into FR as my new home game, you don’t even know (or maybe you do bc I yell this at you a lot). You’re just so fun and easy to talk to and a fantastic creative partner, with so much delicious prose and complicated characters and nuanced meta that I feel like I’m furiously dogpaddling just to keep up with you. I’ve back-read so many of your old threads across various characters just because I love everything you touch and I am a Fan™ (like, I probably have not even mentioned that I read Benny & Herc and they broke my heart, but I have and they did!).

I know we joke a lot about your scooping up players in a net, but truly you were so indispensable in terms of holding my hand and helping me get into the game, and it says a lot that so many people have joined at your encouragement; you’re so warm and welcoming and enthusiastic (and also wickedly funny), and I simply count myself lucky that I get to write so much with you and craft beautiful stories 2gether. i can't believe you've read benny and herc ................... know that that woman has his skull bedazzled somewhere in her home. she was given info on his body's whereabouts before she last left riftwatch. there's just no way she doesn't have him mounted and bejeweled.
